The place was spotlessly clean with a unique design. the staff were responsive. - the location was absolutely perfect for me, near free bus transport, pubs, restaurants, and shops. - the staff assisted with parking, even for early check-in. 

Excellent location, ready to start exploring early in the morning without worrying about crowds. the room was nicely decorated and well-equipped with a king-size bed. - On-site private parking available. - Good service overall. 

Everything is awesome here, had a decent stay for 1 night in August. Staff is very kind and nice and you can park your car onsite. The rooms are inviting and include coffee/tea making machines and a fridge. The location 

I stayed 1 night and would stay here again when visiting Canada. I enjoyed the hotel, all the interiors were nice. Clean property and updated suite, which was amazing for me. The variety of choices for continental breakfast 

Beautifully decorated and well-equipped units in the online picture, we really enjoyed it.

Comfortable location close to eveything, good for visiting Banff. Satisfactory options for breakfast with juice coffee cereal pastries and hard boiled eggs, as example.

Located in a fantastic spot near lots of restaurants on the main street, right in the heart of town where you'll find all the great places to eat. 🌟

All in all everything was excellent, had a relaxing stay for three nights. Particularly good and handy location, we were right by all restaurants and shopping. Besides, the property was 2 km away from Buffalo Nations Luxton Museum.  

Everything was excellant, even so a few employees where grumpy faced. The location was good and handy for walking around Banff Avenue. There was a great restaurant, all the major stores and a supermarket next door. 

The room here was spacious and had a modern design, including a convenient kitchenette, with great amenities like coffee/tea makers and fridges, but the standout feature was the incredibly helpful and respectful staff.

The staff at Charltons Banff were very amiable and attentive, always ready to help. the venue is conveniently located in the central area, close to the main downtown core, Chillis restaurant, the Keg, and most shopping. - I enjoyed walking to explore Banff Avenue 

Helpful staff who were able to quickly resolve any issues I had. the deluxe queen room I stayed in was well-decorated and even had a kitchen for added convenience. 🌟

Charltons Banff is a beautiful small and unique hotel. the hotel is in a central location, making it easy to get an early start without worrying about crowds. - It is close to Bow Falls and other restaurants, as well as main shops.
